Kerith Hopper, MSW, (she/her) graduated from the University of Denver, Graduate School of Social work with a concentration in trauma and mental health. She began her career as a BSW, working in the field of child welfare, foster care, and adoptions. Kerith has training in mindfulness, meditation, solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed practices. In addition, she continues her education in modalities that support her client's healing journey. Her goal is to hold a safe space for her clients to explore, heal, and grow. She believes clients are the experts of their own lives and follows their lead for goals and direction. Kerith sees clients age 5+ in person and via telehealth at the Nashville office.
