Alison D. Peak LCSW has served as the Executive Director for Allied Behavioral Health Solutions for more than five year. In this time, Alison has led ABHS to expand to 6 offices and more than 40 behavioral health professionals across Tennessee. Alison provides Reflective Supervision to professionals throughout the state and collaborates with other organizations to build Infant and Early Childhood service delivery systems, advocating for programs and policies that are supportive of diverse family structures and needs. Alison has an MSW from the University of Michigan with an emphasis in Interpersonal Practice with Children and Youth and two post-graduate certificates: Integrated Behavioral Health in Primary Care Settings and Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health. Clinically, Alison specializes in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health and early childhood trauma. Alison is privileged to have been a member of 2020-2022 ZERO TO THREE Class of Fellows and is the author of several texts on building IECMH service delivery systems and systems change utilizing the DC:0-5.
