Group Meeting

Group Counseling

Group counseling is a setting where 4-8 individuals meet to discuss a shared topic of concern. Group counseling allows for individuals to meet with others who share similar backgrounds or areas of concern. The group format provides individuals with alternative perspectives input from multiple people.
Group counseling is an excellent place to find support for specific concerns or to engage with others around difficulties with relationships and interpersonal dynamics. If you are interested in a group that we are offering, or for more information, please contact Allied Behavioral Health Solutions
