Our new Perinatal Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is thoughtfully designed to support pregnant and new parents navigating the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
In a compassionate and supportive space, you’ll find tools to manage anxiety, depression, and the unique challenges of parenthood. This program offers the care you need to feel empowered, connected, and understood during this transformative time.

ABHS IOP supports parents and caregivers via:
Virtual group therapy 3x a week
Weekly individual therapy
Family, Couples, Child-Parent therapy
Medication management
PMH•IOP is for new parents who also experience:
Anxiety and panic attacks
BiPolar disorder
Depression
Eating disorders
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Struggles with attaching to baby
Struggles with activities of daily living
