Cat Tourangeau, LPC-MHSP

Cat Tourangeau, LPC-MHSP, NCC began her career in hospital settings treating substance use disorders before entering community-based mental health where she focused on co-occurring disorders. Cat has an MEd in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University where her training focused on multiculturally competent counseling across adolescent and adult populations. Cat believes in taking a flexible and eclectic counseling approach to meet clients where they are in life. Cat is passionate about creating a collaborative relationship with clients to build a range of coping skills and increase wellbeing.
