About This Training

In clinical practice, not every decision is clear-cut. Ethical dilemmas can be complex, especially when they involve competing priorities, client needs, and real-world constraints.

Foundations of Ethical Decision Making is designed to help mental health clinicians navigate these moments with greater clarity and confidence.

In this 3-hour live virtual training, you’ll be introduced to a structured, practical approach to ethical decision making using the ETHICS model. Through real-world case examples and guided discussion, you’ll build skills you can apply directly in your everyday clinical work.

In this training, you will:

  • Recognize and define ethical dilemmas in clinical practice

  • Apply a clear, structured decision-making framework

  • Explore real-world case examples to strengthen your thinking

  • Walk away with practical tools and resources you can use right away

This training is ideal for mental health clinicians, therapists, and providers looking for practical guidance they can immediately integrate into their work.

Earn 3 NBCC-approved CE hours while strengthening your confidence in navigating complex clinical decisions.
