Anna Arts, LCSW, IMH-E

Anna Arts, LMSW, IMH-E (she/her) specializes in working with young children, adolescents, and their families. She is passionate about Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) and enjoys walking alongside children and families as they navigate healing from traumatic or challenging experiences. Anna also supports children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, and the unique challenges associated with out-of-home placements.


Anna believes in a collaborative, relationship-based approach to therapy and emphasizes caregiver involvement throughout the treatment process. She partners with families to develop individualized treatment plans that build on strengths, foster resilience, and support long-term well-being.


Through state and national initiatives, Anna contributes to advancing the field of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health and improving outcomes for children and families. She provides consultation, training, and technical assistance to professionals and organizations, helping expand relationship-based practices and build sustainable systems that support young children, families, and the workforce that serves them.
