Catherine Sanders

Catherine Sanders is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Belmont University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Auburn University. Her experience as both an educator and nanny has provided valuable insight into supporting the diverse emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs of children and families.

Catherine is committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and developmentally responsive environment where children feel respected, understood, and empowered to grow. Her clinical interests include Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with an emphasis on promoting emotional resilience, self-awareness, and healthy coping skills.
