Sarah Criste (she/her) earned her Master of Science in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Counseling Psychology at the University of Baltimore. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) who works with adults navigating a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns. Her clinical background includes both inpatient and outpatient settings, with experience supporting individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Sarah is known for creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where clients feel heard and supported as they move toward healing and growth. She currently serves as the Resilient Roots Team Coordinator and Clinical Therapist for ABHS’s virtual Perinatal Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (PMHIOP) and is a Perinatal Mental Health–Certified (PMH-C) clinician. Sarah provides services exclusively via telehealth.
