KiOna Wilson, Ed.S.
Clinical Therapist

KiOna Wilson, Ed.S., received her Bachelor of Psychology at MTSU in the Fall of 2020. After graduation, she spent time thinking about her future and ways that she could positively impact the world while practicing growth within herself. A year after gaining her bachelor’s degree, she began the counseling program at MTSU in the Fall of 2021, focusing on Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Part of what influenced her in her career choice was her own challenges with mental health, and a desire to help and provide care for and support to others who may be dealing with similar things with little to no help. In therapy, KiOna enjoys exploring theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cinema Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. KiOna enjoys working with many populations including teens, adults, and the LGBTQ+ community. KiOna sees adults at the Nashville office and via telehealth.
