Sara Mechem, MSW

Sara Mechem (she/her/hers) received her Master of Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

She enjoys working with young children and is committed to creating a warm, supportive space where each child feels understood and valued. Sara uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach and often incorporates play therapy to help children express themselves and grow. She believes that strong relationships and connections are the heart of meaningful progress in therapy. Sara works closely with children and their caregivers to build confidence, support emotional growth, and encourage a strong sense of self.

She sees clients via telehealth and in person at the Smyrna location.
