Program Specialist

Allied Behavioral Health Solutions is a locally owned organization focusing on serving individuals, families, and communities to create better outcomes for all. Our staff specialize in a variety of topics and treatment methods to allow us to meet every client wherever they may be. ABHS consists of a closely connected core group of therapists who collaborate and support each other’s professional goals. We provide paid clinical supervision for pre-licensure clinicians, a yearly continuing education/materials stipend, paid trainings in evidence based practices, paid orientation to the position, flexible scheduling with work from home and telehealth options, and our administrative staff provides insurance credentialing and support in client management, scheduling, and billing. PTO and benefits are also available for full time staff.


The primary function of this position is to support the technical and administrative needs of the Statewide Programs team and the Executive Director.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support scheduling, communication of scheduling, and coordination of schedules of statewide programs staff and consultants.

  • Support technical needs of statewide programs staff and consultants, including but not limited to setting up Zoom accounts, sharing Zoom links, and attending training and reflective practice spaces as a support staff.

  • Support the development and management of training agendas, training materials, etc.

  • Support drafting of MOUs, contracts, and other agreements.

  • Provide oversight of grant activity progress, due dates, and communication with consultants collective on collaborative projects.

  • Engage in collaboration with partner agencies to ensure effective communication between consultants and RSC recipients.

  • Work with the grant team, Executive Director, and team members to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of statewide and grant associated programs.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s in Social Work or related discipline. Must be eligible to obtain temporary licensure within six months of hiring, if applicable for their respective degree. Experience working in case management, early childhood services, or organizational management preferred. Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds. Proficiency in Microsoft OFFICE, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience working in a medical and/or clinical setting is preferred.


Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills reflecting professional knowledge and demeanor in all forms of communication. Strong organizational and self direction skills are critical.  Ability to develop and maintain relationships with various sectors and levels. Capacity to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team. Capability to collect data, evaluate, report out on, and engage in appropriate feedback.
