Behavioral Health Services Across Middle & East Tennessee
Welcome to ABHS!

Hi! If you’ve landed here, you might be new to Allied Behavioral Health Solutions (ABHS) or just beginning your experience with us - and we’re so glad you’re here.
ABHS offers behavioral and mental health services to individuals of all ages - from birth through geriatrics. We support children, teens, adults, couples, and families as they work toward their goals for emotional wellness, relationships, and quality of life.
Our vision, “Better Outcomes for All”, reflects our commitment to high-quality services that are results-driven and individually focused to meet each client and family where they are.
The Values That Guide Our Work
At ABHS, our relationship-based therapy services are grounded in five core values that shape how we care for our clients, support our team, and engage with communities across Tennessee. Let’s chat about what these values mean in practice:
Relationships. We care about the people we serve.
And we believe that healing begins with human connection.
A strong, authentic relationship between client and therapist - often called rapport - is the foundation of meaningful therapeutic work. When there’s a good match between a clinician and a client, the work feels less intimidating, and everyone benefits.
Our services support needs from life transitions, like moving to college, to navigating mental health concerns, like bipolar disorder. Each of these experiences comes with its own challenges to face, but when the work between a client and a clinician is rooted in relationship, no one has to face those challenges alone.
At ABHS, we take care to match clients with clinicians who are a good fit. Because when relationships are built on trust, growth feels more accessible - for both the client and the clinician.
Client-Centered Care. At ABHS, we believe that mental health care works best when it starts with listening.
Every person who comes through our doors brings a different story, shaped by lived experiences, personal values, and unique needs. Some of those experiences may be similar to our own, and some may be very different - but either way, our job is to meet you where you are.
That means we focus on what’s most important to you. Your priorities, your goals, and your perspective guide the work we do together.
For some, that includes involving trusted family members or loved ones in the process. And for our youngest clients, that means therapy is always family-focused, working closely with caregivers as the ones who know their children best.
The care we provide is rooted in your voice and your vision for healing - because when therapy reflects who you are, it has the power to truly make a difference.
Flexibility. We recognize that life is full - and mental health support needs to fit into that reality. At ABHS, we offer services in the formats that best meet the needs of our clients. That includes both in-person and telehealth therapy, giving you the option to choose what works best for your schedule, your preferences, and your life.
Some clients stick with one format, while others switch between the two. We’re here for both.
We also offer a range of appointment times - starting as early as 7am CST and as late as 6pm CST. We know that lives are full and we want to make it easier for families, students, and working adults to access care without added stress.
High-Quality, Evidence-Based Services. We believe that high-quality services are something that you have to prove and not just promise.
The clinical team at ABHS receives extensive training beyond their formal education, and most are trained in at least four Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) within their first year at ABHS.
This means our therapists specialize in specific age groups, diagnoses, and approaches, allowing us to match clients with a provider who is uniquely equipped to meet their needs.
Collaborative, Team-Based Care. At ABHS, we don’t believe in doing this work alone - we are a team.
Our providers regularly collaborate, consult, and learn from one another, pulling from each other’s training, experience, and areas of expertise. Every clinician at ABHS participates in a process called “clinical supervision,” which invites them to slow down, reflect, and consider the unique needs and opportunities within the care they’re providing.
Supervision supports professional growth and also strengthens the quality of care we offer - ensuring clients receive thoughtful, responsive, and well-rounded support.
Our team also includes board-certified medication managers, with specialties in perinatal mental health and ADHD management. While not every client at ABHS receives medication management, this team is in regular communication with therapists—offering insights, alternatives, and options that may help amplify a client’s experience.
At ABHS, collaboration is more than a value - it’s the lynchpin of how we serve the individuals and families who trust us with their care.
